Acquisition and creation of affordable residential property in accordance with the federal Housing and Property Promotion Act (WEG) and corresponding cantonal and communal regulations, excluding any speculative intent; in particular, the cooperative aims to acquire the Ottigenbühlring area in Ebikon, comprising plots 1'359, 1'360, 1'364, 1'365 and 734, Land Registry Ebikon, from Immobilien Du Théâtre AG Luzern, in Luzern, at a maximum takeover price of CHF 1'428'960.--, its development and construction with affordable single-family homes and their sale to members at cost price; maintenance and administration of the communal facilities of the Ottigenbühlring development; proper maintenance of the woodland area belonging to the Ottigenbühlring development in accordance with forestry regulations; acquisition and sale of plots of land; construction, acquisition, management or rental of buildings; sale of plots of land or parts thereof.
