The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and co-responsibility. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population. It seeks to achieve this purpose by: a) acquiring building land and building rights; b) building and acquiring multi-family homes that meet the modern cooperative housing needs; c) managing and renting apartments on a cost-rent basis; d) promoting cooperative activities. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not profit-oriented. The cooperative limits its area of activity to the Zurich region.
