The cooperative aims to withdraw properties from market speculation, maintain them and rent them out at cost-effective rates. It seeks to achieve this purpose by a) acquiring building land and building rights, b) building and acquiring single-family and multi-family homes that meet modern cooperative housing needs, c) carefully maintaining and periodically renovating existing buildings, d) constructing replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner, e) providing ideological and material support to efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing, f) managing and renting out the apartments. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar goals.
