The cooperative aims to create and maintain healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It strives to offer housing to all segments of the population, especially families. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To achieve this goal, it acquires building land and building rights; builds and acquires single-family and multi-family homes that meet modern cooperative housing needs; maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings; constructs replacement new buildings when existing buildings can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; manages and rents apartments on a cost-rent basis; creates apartments and single-family homes for sale, transfer in condominium ownership or building rights; provides ideological and material support to efforts aimed at affordable, healthy and good housing. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
