The cooperative aims to provide its members with healthy and affordable housing through joint self-help and shared responsibility. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population, particularly families. It promotes community living in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To achieve this goal, it acquires land and building rights; builds and purchases single-family and multi-family homes that meet the cooperative's modern housing needs; maintains and periodically renovates existing buildings; constructs replacement new buildings when existing ones can no longer be renovated in an economically justifiable manner; manages and rents apartments on a cost-rent basis; promotes cooperative activities in the settlements; and provides ideological and material support to efforts aimed at affordable, healthy, and good housing. The cooperative's activities are non-profit and not driven by the pursuit of profit. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with similar or identical goals.
