The company's purpose is: all operations related to the management of movable and immovable property (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), including asset holding, brokerage services and lending; all services and other performances in the economic and financial fields; participation in all Swiss or foreign companies. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire and establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, carry out all movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), provide guarantees, act as guarantor, grant loans to associates or third parties and conclude all contracts intended to develop its purpose or related thereto directly or indirectly.
