The Company's purpose is to make investments in the field of film, television and other visual media production. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may engage in any activity and enter into any agreements that may promote its corporate purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it. The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The Company may acquire, hold and dispose of participations in any company, business, activity or association, without distinction, both in Switzerland and abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The Company may participate in intragroup financing, in particular by granting loans to its direct or indirect shareholders or to other group companies, as well as by providing them with guarantees or securities of any kind, even if such loans, guarantees or securities are granted without consideration, in the exclusive interest of the Company's direct or indirect shareholders or other group companies.
