The conduct of commercial, industrial and securities transactions, in particular the marketing of electrical cables for private and/or industrial use. The company is authorized to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE. The company may assume interests and participations in other companies, as well as carry out all activities that are related to the company's purpose.
