The company's purpose is the purchase, sale, promotion, brokerage, administration, rental, construction, operation and development of real estate, in particular as a general contractor, within the limits of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may, both in Switzerland and abroad: establish branches; participate in other companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, acquire or found them; in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable (excluding all operations prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose; grant loans to its associates and third parties; guarantee loans subscribed by associates and third parties; secure these loans by issuing mortgages and bonds or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
