The company may also engage in any trade in materials and other construction products. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches or subsidiaries, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable, which favors its development and is directly or indirectly related to its purpose, carry out these operations for itself or on behalf of third parties, as a representative, agent, or commission agent, or have them executed on its behalf by third parties, grant loans to shareholders and third parties, grant leases, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
