The purpose of the company is: the acquisition, sale, holding, administration, management, financing and disposal of participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad; the conduct of real estate transactions, the acquisition, sale, management, promotion and rental of real estate abroad and in Switzerland, in accordance with the LAFE. The company may also engage in consulting for the fusion and processing of non-ferrous metals, the maintenance of non-ferrous metal artifacts, as well as the trade and brokerage of multiple works of art, lithographs and signed souvenirs. The company is authorized to carry out any further activity aimed at achieving the purposes and social objects mentioned in the preceding paragraphs or in any way connected with them, both in Switzerland and abroad.
