The company's purpose is - all mandates falling within the activity of accounting and management services for SMEs and private individuals, in particular accounting and administrative management; - the marketing of ideas or projects related to the aforementioned fields. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: - create branches, - in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable activity (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, - grant loans to its associates and third parties, - act as guarantor for loans subscribed by associates and third parties, - guarantee these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
