The company's purpose is: - to provide advice and hold participations in the automotive industry and trade, as well as all commercial or financial activities, and - in Switzerland and abroad, all real estate transactions, the purchase, sale and management of participations in companies, as well as the provision of services of all kinds in these areas. Operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners are excluded. The company may, in Switzerland and abroad: i. engage in any financial, commercial, movable, real estate and industrial activity directly or indirectly related to its purpose; ii. establish branches or subsidiaries; iii. participate in any enterprise having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; iv. grant loans, guarantees or securities to associates or third parties, even without the company receiving remuneration or consideration, if it serves its interests.
