The company's purpose is: a) the purchase, sale, import, export and marketing, in general, of any product of any nature, in particular cosmetic products and their derivatives, as well as any service related to these fields; b) the management of wellness and fitness centers; c) all commercial and financial transactions (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act against Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; d) the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; e) the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
