The company's purpose is the acquisition and management of equity interests, in Switzerland and abroad, in companies of all kinds. It may hold direct or indirect equity interests in any commercial, industrial, financial, real estate, or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad, pursuant to Article 28, paragraph 2 of the Swiss Financial Institutions Act (LIFD) and excluding operations prohibited by the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (LFAIE). It may grant loans, guarantees, or other forms of financing to its shareholders, subsidiaries, or third parties, if this promotes its interests. The company may also provide advisory, management, coordination, financing, marketing, or other services to companies in which it holds an equity interest. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, in Switzerland and abroad, and participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or establish companies directly or indirectly related to its purpose.
