The company's purpose is, in compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners: to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or by acting as an intermediary; to study, design, plan and execute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, projects in the field of real estate; any activity in the field of construction, in particular the study, planning, marketing, execution and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all work, including as a general contractor or total contractor; the representation and trade of all goods and products as well as the acquisition and exploitation of licenses and patents related, in particular, to the field of construction; as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may carry out its activities both in Switzerland and abroad.
