The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, and dispose of interests in companies and enterprises; buy, sell, broker, and manage real estate as well as provide consulting and services in the real estate sector; plan and implement real estate projects both domestically and internationally; buy, manage, and sell securities, loans, guarantees, intellectual property rights, branches, and subsidiaries (in Switzerland, excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad); make and manage investments of any kind, including but not limited to stocks, bonds, funds, and other financial instruments, both in Switzerland and abroad.
