The cooperative aims to manage and operate, and possibly lease, agricultural businesses, mountain and alpine pastures, as well as their forests, in particular the properties of Grosser Schwyberg, Burstiger Schwyberg, and Ruedeweide in the municipalities of Plaffeien, Plasselb, and Brünisried, and possibly other alpine pastures, in order to enable the summer grazing of the members' livestock; may participate in other companies, acquire, encumber, manage, and sell properties, and conduct all business that is suitable to promote the purpose of the cooperative.
