The purpose of the company is to acquire, manage, finance and dispose of participations in domestic and foreign companies of any kind, in particular those active in the field of research, development, extraction, promotion, production or distribution of renewable energies and sustainable fuels, such as biohydrogen, green hydrogen or other biomass/waste-to-energy fuels. The company may acquire, hold, manage and dispose of real estate, with the exception of the acquisition of real estate and participation in real estate companies in Switzerland within the meaning of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as to direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such are directly or indirectly involved, by means of loans and/or other financing. The company may provide security of any kind for its own liabilities or the liabilities of the aforementioned persons, including by means of pledges, assignments, fiduciary transfers, guarantees of any kind or by means of offset obligations, whether against payment or not, even if such financing, security or guarantees are in the exclusive interest of companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, or of direct or indirect shareholders or companies in which such are directly or indirectly involved. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad. The company may acquire, hold, manage, transfer and sell intellectual property rights and act as licensor or licensee of intellectual property rights vis-à-vis companies in which it is directly or indirectly involved, as well as vis-à-vis other companies. The company may conduct any further business and take any measures that appear suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
