The company's purpose is to engage, in Switzerland and abroad, in the purchase, sale, production, import, export, marketing, distribution, negotiation, and representation of all goods, products, and services, particularly those meeting the standards of the organic label; the operation of specific sales outlets for these products as well as public establishments specializing in small-scale catering. The company may carry out, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its partners and/or stand in solidarity, guarantee, or act as a surety for loans granted by third parties to its partners.
