The purpose of the company is to hold and manage shares in domestic and foreign companies of all kinds, to trade in bonds, digital assets, and other national and international financial instruments, as well as to finance, manage, and coordinate these investments and financial instruments. The company may establish branches both domestically and abroad, participate in other companies both domestically and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies. Additionally, the company may acquire, manage, and dispose of industrial property rights, know-how, intangible assets, and enter into all transactions and conclude all contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related thereto.
