The direct or indirect acquisition of interests in all companies to be created or already existing through subscription to capital or acquisition of securities, as a shareholder or partner, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE, with regard to real estate participations in Switzerland, these will be limited to an exclusively commercial use; the acquisition of interests in any form, in all operations or enterprises of any kind; the management and disposal of participations; the purchase, sale or exchange of all securities, social rights and interests; the subcontracting of any activity or provision of services with all companies in which it participates (cf. statutes for complete purpose).
