The company's purpose is to acquire direct shareholdings in any commercial, industrial or other companies, in Switzerland or abroad, as well as the administration, purchase and sale of such shareholdings, with the exception of any transactions subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE). In direct or indirect relation to its purpose, the company may: carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, except those prohibited by the LFAIE, provide financing for its own account or for the account of third parties and provide guarantees for the commitments of affiliated companies, provided that this promotes its interests, establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
