The commercialization and distribution of movable goods of all kinds, in particular ceramic and porcelain objects, as well as consulting and providing services in general related to the aforementioned activities, commercial intermediation, respectively, the assumption of representations and the assumption of mandates as an agent. The company may acquire, sell, receive for use and grant for use technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and industrial property rights in general. The company may acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in real estate companies and enterprises. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE.
