The purpose of the company is the acquisition, holding, management, and disposal of equity interests in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, with the equity interests in Switzerland being able to be acquired, held, managed, and used in all companies except those acquiring and holding real estate in Switzerland with non-exclusively commercial use. The company may hold equity interests in other companies and acquire, exploit, manage, and sell intellectual property rights, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, and undertake all legal acts in connection with its purpose or which are likely to promote its development or that of the companies in the same group. The company may grant direct or indirect financing to third parties, including companies in which it holds a direct or indirect equity interest, to its direct or indirect shareholders, and to companies in which they hold a direct or indirect equity interest, whether through loans or other financing, including as part of cash pooling agreements, as well as constitute securities of any kind for their commitments, including through pledges or transfer of assets of the company in trust, or guarantees of any kind, whether for remuneration or not. The company may provide these financings, securities, or guarantees even if it is exclusively in the interest of third parties or companies in which it holds direct or indirect equity interests.
