The company's purpose is to acquire, sell, hold, manage and supervise participations in other companies, in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans - with or without guarantees - to companies in which it holds direct or indirect participations or other rights of any nature or which belong to the same group as the company, as well as provide guarantees or sureties to secure the commitments of these companies towards third parties or provide assistance to these companies in another way, with or without remuneration. The company may also participate in cash pooling agreements within the group of companies to which it belongs. Furthermore, the company may exercise any commercial, industrial, financial or intellectual property activity in Switzerland and abroad that is useful for achieving its corporate purpose.
