The Company's purpose is the collection and storage of biomass, its transformation into biogas and fertilizer, and the trade of biogas. Its customers are public entities (single or associated) and private individuals. The produced biogas can be used for own use. To this end, the Company can expand its existing biogas production and distribution facilities, as well as acquire, rent or build new ones; acquire, own and manage participations in energy companies active in the transformation of biomass and biogas production; acquire, sell and trade energy certificates; acquire, produce and trade biogas; build a food waste treatment plant for commercial and own use; build and manage a refining plant; manage a gas refueling station for vehicles; carry out all commercial, financial, industrial or other activities related to its purpose. The Company can also, within the scope of its social purposes, take over the management of biomass collection companies, enterprises or services; take over the management of activities delegated by one or more shareholders; delegate the management of activities to one or more shareholders; acquire, own, administer and sell real estate.
