The Company's purpose is the purchase, sale, production, blending, trading, commerce, exchange, supply, management, transportation, storage, distribution or disposal in any manner whatsoever of crude oil, petroleum products, bio products, biomass, biogas, biochemical products, recycled products, circular products, coal, gas, natural gas, renewable energies, alternative energies, liquefied natural gas, electricity, certificates and energies, as well as all other petrochemical or raw materials and the exercise of all activities and services related thereto, in particular administrative, financial, risk coverage, technical, economic or management and consulting activities in connection with these activities. The Company may carry out its activities worldwide, for its own account or in association with third parties. The Company shall not acquire any real estate in Switzerland, except, if necessary, real estate for exclusively commercial use. The Company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and acquire participations, claims and all other rights in other companies in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may also participate in the financing, in particular by providing loans, guarantees and securities of any kind, of other entities of the group to which the Company belongs, in the interest of said group.
