The company provides consulting services in the fields of marketing and investment project consulting using new technologies, including but not limited to distributed ledger technology (DLT). The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, and acquire interests in other companies, both in Switzerland and abroad, with the proviso that the company may hold interests in real estate companies exclusively for commercial use in Switzerland. The company may also acquire, encumber, alienate and manage real estate properties in Switzerland and abroad (in Switzerland only those for commercial use). In general, the company may undertake any activity that is directly or indirectly related to the purpose it pursues and that is suitable for its development.
