The cooperative aims to conceive, organize, implement and promote the training and further education of members of the Geomatics Switzerland professional association (FGS) and related organizations. The cooperative may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, and conduct all business that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose or suitable to promote the development of the company and the achievement of the cooperative's purpose. The cooperative may acquire, encumber, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may also provide financing for its own account or for third-party account, as well as provide guarantees and sureties for subsidiaries and third parties.
