The acquisition, holding, management and sale of interests in companies of any kind in Switzerland or abroad, including all real estate participations, it being specified that real estate transactions in Switzerland only concern commercial properties and are therefore not subject to the authorization regime of the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the execution of all financial transactions and the provision of all services in the economic and financial field. The company may grant loans or any other form of financing to third parties and companies of the same group, as well as provide guarantees of all kinds, for the direct or indirect benefit of third parties and companies of the same group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the company's assets. The company may carry out all commercial, financial, industrial, movable and real estate transactions on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in direct or indirect relation to its main purpose, in Switzerland and abroad, open branches in Switzerland and abroad, and take participations in other companies with a similar or related purpose.
