The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may acquire interests in any companies in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans, in particular to associates, acquire or establish similar or related businesses and assume all functions that are intended to develop the company's purpose or have a direct or indirect connection with its object, as well as all financial and real estate transactions related thereto.
