a) the management of the company's assets, in particular through investments in movable and immovable property, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form whatsoever, to its shareholders or third parties.
