The company may establish branches and affiliates in Switzerland and abroad and may participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad and carry out all commercial activities directly or indirectly connected to its purpose. The company may acquire, mortgage, sell and manage real estate in Switzerland and/or abroad. It may take out financing on its own account and/or on behalf of third parties, issue guarantees and/or collateral for affiliates and/or third parties.
