The company does not pursue commercial goals, but makes the use of these facilities available to the broad public or a specific group of users (e.g. pupils, students) free of charge or at very favorable conditions and organizes projects and events that support community bouldering and climbing as well as social exchange and personal development of the users through sports and physical activity. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire similar or related companies or merge with them, and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable to promote the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. Any profits will not be distributed to the shareholders, but will be used exclusively to pursue the non-profit purpose.
