The foundation aims to promote art and culture in the broadest sense by creating new art experience worlds in Switzerland and abroad, with the goal of bringing the topic of art and culture, as well as the promotion of young artists, closer to the general public, particularly through:
- Promotion of art exhibitions, sculpture parks, art experience worlds by artists in indoor and outdoor spaces;
- Support for artists in need (emerging artists, young, unknown artists, etc.) from all art fields and in the field of digital art;
- Organization of activities to promote public interest in art creation.
To achieve this purpose, the foundation can organize, commission, or support permanent or temporary exhibitions and forums for meeting with works by artists and emerging artists. It can organize, host, and support publicly accessible exhibitions (physical or digital). It can also conduct any business directly related to the foundation's purpose or suitable for promoting it, particularly public relations and awareness-raising on topics of art and culture. The foundation can initiate its own projects, as well as professionally or financially support projects by organizations with comparable charitable purposes in Switzerland and abroad; this can be done through grants to organizations and individuals in need, interest-bearing loans, free knowledge transfer, etc. Acquisition, rental, management, and disposal of properties and independent, permanent building rights on properties for the purpose of creating, supporting, or providing meeting places for artists and cultural workers. The foundation is exclusively engaged in charitable activities, is politically and denominationally neutral, and does not pursue any profit or self-help purposes. The board of the foundation is free to determine the focus of its activities and the use of funds within the framework of the foundation's purpose. There is no obligation to pursue all areas of activity or to support the purposes equally.
