It may participate in all mobile, real estate, financial, or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies with a direct or indirect relationship to its purpose, excluding any operations subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders, as well as to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, with or without compensation, and provide, as coverage for the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including through pledges or fiduciary transfers of property of the company's assets or through guarantees of all kinds.
