The company's purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad, is: the creation, purchase, sale, distribution, exhibition and promotion of works of art; the establishment and management of one or more art studios and galleries; organizing events, workshops and training related to art, as well as any other activities directly or indirectly related to the artistic field; to acquire, hold, manage and sell copyrights and licenses related to works of art. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its associates and/or guarantee, pledge or secure loans granted by third parties to its associates.
