The purpose of the company is: the distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products; to advise and/or provide services, in particular in the fields of finance and communication. In order to achieve its purpose, it may accept mandates as independent administrator and member of the foundation board. It may carry out all financial, commercial and industrial transactions, movable or immovable, directly or indirectly related to its social purpose or likely to promote its realization. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or create identical or similar companies, carry out all operations and conclude contracts that are likely to develop the purpose of the company or relate directly or indirectly to it, and assume participations in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the company may conclude loan agreements with its associates, as debtor or creditor, or grant them guarantees if this promotes its interests.
