The company's purpose is the operation of a general construction company and the execution of all works in the field of building, notably masonry, renovation, transformation, refurbishment, maintenance, and demolition of buildings. It is also active in secondary works, in particular the laying of tiles, natural stones, marble, as well as all types of floors and coverings. The company may, as a secondary purpose, both in Switzerland and abroad: create branches, in general, carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, movable or immovable property (excluding any operation prohibited by the LFAIE), directly or indirectly related to its purpose, grant loans to its partners and to third parties, stand as guarantor for loans subscribed by partners and third parties, guarantee these loans by the issuance or pledging of mortgage securities or by the subscription of any other financial commitment.
