The company's purpose is to operate an architectural office, as well as manage and direct any architectural project, any real estate project and any related construction site; the development, realization and execution of all activities, of any nature, related to architecture, urban planning, engineering and construction, as a works management, general contractor or total contractor; the purchase, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, sale, construction, renovation, operation, management and development in general of all or part of real estate, built or unbuilt, as well as all property management operations; all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Law on Combating Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LBA), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and likely to promote its social interests; the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as the creation of branches; the granting of loans or advances to its associates or third parties, the guarantee of loans subscribed by associates or third parties, the guarantee of such loans by the issuance or pledge of mortgage securities or other securities, as well as the subscription of any other financial commitment.
