The company's purpose is to provide services as a trustee in Switzerland and abroad. Furthermore, the operation of a trust company with all related services, in particular in the areas of legal, tax and corporate consulting as well as accounting, financing, founding, management and liquidation of companies, management of secretariats and the like. The company acts as a guardian and trustee of natural persons and companies. The trustee manages the special assets, ensures their preservation and uses them for specific purposes (Art. 19 para. 2 FINIG). The company exercises the activity as a trustee in Switzerland according to the Federal Act on Financial Institutions (Art. 17 FINIG) and is subject to the corresponding state supervision. The company can participate in other companies, establish subsidiaries and branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans and, in addition, carry out all legal transactions that may be necessary to achieve the company's purpose.
