The company's purpose is, in compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreigners: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale of all properties and real estate companies, either in its own name or as an intermediary; b) to study, design and plan, for its own account or for third parties, projects in the field of real estate; c) to trade in goods and products, in particular construction materials, interior design and decoration objects, antique or modern furniture, works of art and antiques; d) to acquire and exploit licenses and patents related to the construction industry; e) as an ancillary activity, to carry out all commercial and financial operations - whether movable or immovable - directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned purposes, as well as to take participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its shareholders or third parties. The company may exercise its activity both in Switzerland and abroad.
