Promotion of art and culture. The promotion particularly refers to the following areas: awarding scholarships to visual artists, art historians and indologists; supporting indological research; artists and art scholars; cultural events; exhibitions and acquisitions of the Chur Art Museum. Furthermore, the foundation aims to support social institutions and people in need in the canton of Grisons through contributions. The foundation board selects the projects and individuals worthy of support and sets the contribution amounts. It decides on acquisitions and sets the amounts for social institutions and people in need.
