The company may develop, acquire, sell, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents and industrial property rights. The company may acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in companies and enterprises. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subjection procedure) if the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE. The company may carry out all activities that are related to its purpose.
