The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, real estate or movable transactions directly or indirectly related to its social purpose, it being understood that in Switzerland, the company may only acquire and hold operating properties. It may create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad and participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose.
