The company's purpose is to trade, distribute and broker components in the field of aerospace, in particular fasteners, screws and similar items. It can conduct all business directly or indirectly related to this purpose. It can also participate in other companies in the same or similar industry and acquire, encumber and sell real estate. The company can establish branches abroad, found subsidiaries, participate in related companies, and acquire, hold, manage, encumber, utilize and sell real estate and intellectual property rights. The company can engage in all commercial, financial and other activities that appear to promote the company's purpose, are related to it, or are in the interest of the Bossard Group or its group companies. The company can provide direct or indirect financing to its direct or indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct or indirect shareholders and their (direct or indirect) subsidiaries, and provide collateral of all kinds, including by way of pledges, fiduciary transfers or assignments of the company's assets or guarantees, enter into joint and several liability or guarantees, or otherwise secure or guarantee the obligations of these other companies, whether for consideration or not. Furthermore, the company can operate a liquidity adjustment/concentration of net liquidity (cash pooling) with the aforementioned companies or join such a system, including periodic account balancing. This can also be done without consideration, on preferential terms, without interest, excluding the company's profit motive, and assuming cluster risks.
