The company's purpose is to acquire, own, manage, sell, trade, and finance assets of all kinds in Switzerland and abroad, excluding any activities requiring authorization under Swiss financial market legislation. The company may establish branches and subsidiaries, assume representations, and conduct any business activities and enter into any type of contract that may promote the company's purpose or be directly or indirectly related to it, both domestically and abroad. It may acquire, hold, encumber, and sell real estate both domestically and abroad, with the exception of transactions prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (BewG). In particular, the company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and to third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and their direct and indirect subsidiaries, including under cash pooling agreements, and provide security for the obligations of these parties in any form, including by pledging or fiduciary transfer of the company's assets or guarantees of any kind, whether or not for consideration.
