The operations directly or indirectly related to the acquisition of participations, in any form, in all companies or enterprises, Swiss or foreign, as well as the administration, management, control and development of these participations and the companies that depend on them. With regard to participations in real estate companies located in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose buildings are exclusively for commercial use; the use of its funds for the creation, management, development and liquidation of a portfolio consisting of all securities and patents; participation in the creation, development and control of all industrial, commercial or agricultural enterprises; the granting to the companies constituting its portfolio of all assistance, loans, advances or guarantees; the acquisition, by all means, of all buildings exclusively for commercial use, built or unbuilt. For the above-mentioned acquisitions and the exploitation of these buildings by way of rental or otherwise, the Company may provide mortgage guarantees in favor of its associates, if the financing is to be provided by them or by one of them; the administration and exploitation of these buildings by way of rental or otherwise; and generally all operations that may be directly or indirectly related to the above-defined purpose.
