The company's purpose (in strict compliance with the rules governing the acquisition of real estate by foreign persons) is: a) to carry out all real estate transactions, in particular the purchase and sale, development, enhancement and management of all properties; b) to study, design, plan and execute, both on its own account and on behalf of third parties, projects in the field of real estate; c) any activity in the field of construction, in particular the realization and promotion of any real estate project, as well as the execution of all work, including as a general contractor or total contractor; d) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions - whether movable or immovable - in direct or indirect connection with the above-mentioned purpose(s), as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes.
